Losing a loved one is an emotional time and decisions about funeral arrangements can seem difficult and overwhelming. When we sit down with you to make arrangements, we understand those feelings of grief and confusion.
We know you may be unsure of what you want in the way of a funeral or where to start.
As your funeral director we want to make this process easier for you, by assisting and guiding you in your choices and arranging a funeral that will reflect and celebrate the life of your loved one.
As of Monday 18th October 2021, Funerals and memorial services in NSW may have up to:
– 1 person per 4 square metres of space for indoor areas
– 1 person per 2 square metres of space for outdoor areas.
All people attending the funeral service must be fully vaccinated. Do not attend a funeral or memorial service that exceeds the capacity limits.
You can attend a funeral or memorial service anywhere in NSW.
If you are fully vaccinated you can attend a funeral or memorial service, so long as the capacity limit is not exceeded. You must carry vaccination evidence with you and produce it for inspection to a police officer or authorised officer if requested.
Funeral attendees are required to supply their name and contact details via electronic method, to simplify the process for contact tracing if required. We will be using the Service NSW Covid Safe Check In QR Code at all funeral and memorial services, and also at our office. The Service NSW app is required on your device to utilise this service. We will still be taking paper records for any person without a smartphone or for those unable to utilise the QR code for any reason. These details will be kept for 28 days from date of funeral service, then destroyed.
Providing compassionate care and professionalism at all times.
