Passed away suddenly at the Sydney Children’s Hospital, on Saturday 26th August 2017. Much loved son of Edyn and Sam and cherished brother of Jay. Adored grandson of Bronwyn and David Smit and Kylie and Richard Tubey. Late of Palmerston, ACT.

A service to celebrate Charlie’s life will be held on Monday 4th September 2017, in the Holy Spirit Catholic Church Amaroo, commencing at 12 Midday.

Following the service Charlie will be taken for burial at the Gungahlin Cemetery, Children’s Garden, Mitchell commencing at 1.15pm.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
