A service to celebrate Haley’s life will be held Saturday 4th November 2017, in the auditorium of the Young Services Club, commencing at 11.00am.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Following the service Haley will be taken for private cremation.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Haley to the Motor Neurone Disease Association of NSW.
