Mr John Joseph Cavanagh

Passed away peacefully at the Calvary Hospital Wagga Wagga surrounded by his loving family. Much loved husband of Joyce and devoted father and father in law of Paul and Linda, Matthew and Loretta, Stephen and Felicity, Bridget and Steve O’Connor, Charlotte and Ben Nott. Cherished grandfather of Mak, Patrick, Annika, Albert, Bill, Erin, Rachel, Molly, Ruby, Violet, Toni, Joseph, Ben, Maggie, Clancy, Archie and Dustin and great grandfather of Fletcher. Late of ‘Mamani’ Fontenoy Street Young and formerly of ‘Stray Leaf’ A.C.T and ‘Makari’ Old Forbes Road Young.

A Requiem Mass to celebrate John’s life will be held on Thursday 5th October 2017 in St Mary’s Catholic Church Young, commencing at 11.00am.
The cortege will then leave for the Young Lawn Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made at the Church to the Mercy Care Centre Young in memory of John.
Members of the Cherry Capital Collectors Club are requested to attend to form a guard of honour.
