Mr John Vincent Carmody better known as Jack

Passed away peacefully at Boorowa Nursing Home on Thursday 4th May 2017. Much loved husband of Shirley. Devoted father of Michael, Suanne, Tim and Andrew (deceased). Sadly missed by his four grandchildren and one great grandchild. Survived by his loving sister Janice Spowart. Late of Court Street, Boorowa.

A Catholic graveside service to celebrate Jack’s life will be held on Friday 12th May 2017 in Boorowa Lawn Cemetery, commencing at 11.00am.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made at the cemetery to the Kidney Foundation in memory of Jack.
