Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 9th May 2017 in the Young District Hospital. Much loved husband of Maureen and devoted father and father in law of Barry (deceased) and Denise, Sharon and Rick, and Tracie. Cherished Pop of Jason, Kristen, Nathan, and Mollie, and loved great pop of Lachlan and Dominik. Late of Pineview Circuit Young.

A Catholic graveside service to celebrate Rex’s life will be held on Thursday 11th May 2017 in the Young Lawn Cemetery, commencing at 3.00pm.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made at the Cemetery to the NSW Police Legacy.
