Passed away peacefully at the Boorowa District Hospital on Friday 12th May 2017 surrounded by loving family. Much loved husband of George (deceased). Cherished mother of Ray, Tim, Darren and Corynne. Sadly missed by all. Late of Scott Street Boorowa.

A Requiem Mass to celebrate Jan’s life will be held on Thursday 18th May 2017 in St Patrick’s Catholic Church Boorowa , commencing at 11.00am.
The cortege will then leave for the Boorowa Lawn Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made at the Church to the Boorowa District Hospital Auxiliary.
