Passed away peacefully on 18th November 2017, at the Mercy Care Centre Young. Loved wife of Laurie (deceased), and devoted mother of Peter, Tricia, Greg, Chris, Michael (deceased) and Catherine. Cherished grandmother of 10 and great grandmother of 9. Late of Nea Street, Young.

A Prayer service to celebrate Jan’s life will be held on Thursday 23rd November 2017, in St Mary’s Catholic Church Young, commencing at 2.00pm.
The cortege will then leave for the Young Lawn Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Jan to the Young Community Chest.
