Passed away peacefully at the Harden Nursing Home. Beloved husband of Irene (deceased). Devoted father and father-in-law of Allan and Julie, Fay and Graeme, and Dean and Catherine. Adored Pop to Crystal and Peter, Casey, Jack, Beau, Jake, Todd, Daniel and Natasha, Zac and Chloe, Luke and Susie, Sam and Max. Great Pop to Braxton, Jett, Bailey and Luke.

Jack’s funeral will be held on Thursday 16th April 2015, with a service to celebrate her life, in St Paul’s Anglican Church Murrumburrah, commencing at 11.00am. The cortege will then leave for the Murrumburrah Lawn Cemetery.
