Mr John Michael Cummins ‘Jack’

Passed away peacefully at the Mercy Care Centre Young, 8th November 2015. Much loved husband of Valerie (deceased). Greatly loved father and father in law of Karen and John Sheather, John and Donna Cummins, Ross and Kellee Cummins and Christine and David McMurray. Adored Pop Jack of 11 grandchildren. Survived by his twin brother Rick and sister Peg Ricketts. Late of Miro Street Young.

A Prayer service to celebrate Jack’s life will be held Wednesday 11th November 2015, in St Mary’s Catholic Church Young, commencing at 2.00pm.

The cortege will then leave for the Young Lawn Cemetery.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

By request of the family, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the Church to the Mercy Care Centre Young.
