Passed away peacefully on 22nd September 2022 at Mercy Care Centre Young. Much loved mother and mother in law of Michelle & Andrew Graziani, Brett & Tonia Powderly. Cherished Nan and Nanny of Issy, Claudia, Sam, Zac, Maddi and Keely. Much loved sister and sister and sister in law of Geoffrey & Robyn, and sadly missed by her extended family and her very close friends. Late of William Street, Young.

A Catholic Prayer service to celebrate Pam’s life will be held on Thursday 6th October 2022 in St Mary’s Catholic Church Young, commencing at 11.00am. The cortege will then leave for the Young Lawn Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the Church to the Mercy Care Centre Young, in memory of Pam.
