Passed away peacefully on 28th April 2026 at the Murrumburrah Harden District Hospital Aged Care. Much loved husband of Gweneth (deceased). Loved father and father in law of Jane, David (deceased) & Catherine, and Anne Marie & Craig. Cherished Pop to Cara, James, Taylah, Hannah, Georgia, Olivia and Oscar and loved great grandfather of Colbie, Mckenzie, Jasper, Claudia and Myah. Brother of Pauline, Elizabeth, Peter, Catherine, Gerard (deceased) and Therese.

A Catholic Mass to celebrate John’s life will be held on Friday 15th May 2026, at St Anthony’s Catholic Church Harden, commencing at 11.00am.
The cortege will then leave for the Murrumburrah Lawn Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the service to the Murrumburrah Harden District Hospital Auxiliary in memory of John.
