Being an executor
When a family member, friend or maybe a neighbour who has no family of their own has asked you to be their executor and to take care of their affairs at the time of their death, you may feel a little daunted at the task ahead of you when the death occurs.
We have put together a list of resources that may help you through this difficult time.
You may need to contact the deceased’s solicitor to check if there are any special instructions in the will regarding the funeral, before beginning the arrangements with us.
