Mrs Shirley Lorraine Carmody ‘Shirl’

Passed away peacefully on 16th June 2026 at Burrowa House surrounded by loving family. Much loved wife of Jack (deceased). Devoted mother and mother in law of Michael (deceased), Suanne, Timothy (deceased) & Sherrie, Andrew (deceased). Cherished Grandma of Daniel, Annie, Shanae, Sam and great grandma of Darcy (deceased), Harvey, Myles, Bodhi, Luke, Daisy and Rome. Sadly missed by nieces, nephews, all extended family and friends. Late of Court Street Boorowa.

An Anglican service to celebrate Shirley’s life will be held on Tuesday 30th 2026, at St John’s Anglican Church Boorowa, commencing at 11.00am.
The cortege will then leave for the Boorowa Lawn Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the service to Burrowa House in memory of Shirley.
